We have decided to go back to the roots of our sport.
Men's Physique and the Miss Bikini are athletes from sports disciplines other than bodybuilding and who achieve a high aesthetic level..
MEN ‘S PHYSIQUE for men,
BIKINI for women.
All the pictures used in this booklet have been taken during competitions. They are free of rights and used exclusively in an educative and regulatory goal.
Each athlete can ask to remove his picture for legitimate reason

Men's outfit
First appearance– Imposed poses
Appearance in shorty or boxer :
Free color
Discreet pattern or non showy print (see specificity further on)
The shortn shorty or boxer must not cover more than a third of tight.
The nod of tie string can be visible but need to stay relatively discreet.
Bare foot appearance
Jewellery and body piercing allowed with no excess
The tan must be welle distributed (body and face) and dry touch when going on stage
Hair removal on the whole body is mandatory
Number sign on the left of the waist, always visible
N.B After control of the outfit, any failure will lead to athlete’s disqualification if no remediation is possible.
Shorty or boxer is mandatory:
It can be with various colors but without any humoristic drawing, no symbol, no country’s flag color or any other print that can lead to confusion or alter good customs, and it musn’t be transparent.
The brand of the short can be visible on the elastic’s belt only.
The nod of tie string can be visible but need to stay relatively discreet.
Second appearance « free outfit» :
Free color

The outfit must stay decent without affectinf good customs
Bare foot or with shoes
No animal or weapon on stage

Women’s outfit
First Appearance– bikini imposed poses:
2 pieces bikini mandatory
Free bikini tie system (crossed or not)
No pattern
Strass, glitters or shiny effect allowed
String underwear forbidden, 1cm bikini width on the side minimum (fabric doesn’t matter)
Heels shoes
Jewellery and body piercing allowed with no excess
The tan must be welle distributed (body and face) and dry touch when going on stage
Hair removal on the whole body is mandatory
Number sign on the left of the waist, always visible

Second passage: « free outfit» :
Free color

2 :PASSAGES
Men's passages
First passage :
Athletes of the same category show up wearing short, shorty or boxer :
Under the chariman direction, all the athletes of the same category go on stage. The chariman introduce each athlete in ascending order of numbers. When number called the athlete make a step ahead. A free pose is allowed. Once all the athletes are introduces, poses are performed.
The four poses are always performed with a rotation to the left :
Front
Right profile
Back
Left profile
According the number of athletes a drawer can be done. Al the athletes do again the corrected poses. After being put in the order of the number, the athletes are lined up at the back of the stage.
Following this individual appaerarance, comparison by 3 can be asked from the jury in order to to estimate at the best the physique of athletes and sharpen the ranking. Requests for comparisons will be stated by the table leader.
Second appearance « Free outfit»:
Athletes make individually a free appearance during 1mn wearing the outfit of their choice.
Important note:
Music is freely chosen by the athlete. He will need to send it to the organisation before the competition.
The Choregraphy is free and need to be correlated witht he music.The originality of the music, the choregraphy and the relation music / movement are evaluated. It adds to the final grade.
Women's passages
First appearance in bikini:
The athletes of the same category show up in bikini
Under the chairman’s orders, after presentation at the back of the stage, and going upward on the comparison line, athletes perform :
A quarter turn on the left in order to show their profile, then an other quarter turn on the left in order to be back away to the jury, then a quarter turn on the left in order to show their other profile, and last, athletes finish with a quarter turn on the left in order to face the jury again.
According the number of athletes a drawer can be done. Al the athletes do again the corrected poses. After being put in the order of the number, the athletes are lined up at the back of the stage.

4 : THE STANDARDS
General standards for judging are grouped and judged within 4 items:
Harmony of the body, symetry, line, masses balance.
Lower body must be proportional to upper body.
The notation coeficient is 45% of the final grade.
Hypertrophy, volume and muscular thickness.
Athletes must have curves, muscular volume.
The notation coeficient is 35% of the final grade.
Muscular definition.
The cut must be harmonious all over the body, but without appareance of thinness or anorexia.
The notation coeficient is 10% of the final grade.
Free choregraphy must be performed on the music (the originality of music, choregraphy and relation music / movement are assessed) .
The notation coeficient is 10% of the final grade.
Standards by category:
Athletes must be well in proportion, have a good hypertrophy and so muscular mass, volume and curve.
Athletes must have biceps clearly bigger than forearm, triceps perfectly developed, shoulders well develeoped and rounded, an expanded back, V shaped and massive, cruved thights with big quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves distinctly developed.
Muscular definition allows to appreciate the muscular relief, all of the different muscles that can show fiber ribs, and veins under the skin.

Specifics standards:
They are not bodybuilders and shoudn’t be consider like so.
They are athletes with athletical physic and developped musculature by the practice of their discipline.
Harmony of the body, symmetry, and line are importants standards in this discipline just as muscular mass balance. Athletes must have an athletic musculature, tonic and firm. They must have a harmonious muscular volume on the whole body without having adipose tissue visible.
The physical appareance of these athletes is rather large around shoulders, well formed back, and must be slenders, graceful and with visible abs.
Athletes must be smiling and dynamics. Any vulgarity, or non respect of poses and good customs will be punished, and can lead to athlete disqualification.
